Tanggung Jawab
- Create premium print advertisements with expert retouching and advanced imaging techniques for leading newspaper and magazine publications
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality, publication-ready artwork
- Collaborate with art directors and creative teams to interpret design briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual solutions
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual standards across multiple advertising campaigns
- Optimize images and graphics for various print specifications, including color separation and resolution requirements
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality in a fast-paced production environment
- Contribute to workflow improvements and help establish best practices for the pioneering team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in print design and production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in image retouching, color correction, and advanced compositing
- Experience working with newspaper, magazine, or publication advertising materials
- Understanding of print production processes, color management, and prepress requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
