In this role, you will be the face of our retail print shop, managing the end-to-end production process for our valued walk-in and corporate clients. You will handle machines, finish high-quality print products, and ensure that every order is completed accurately and on time. We are seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining calm under pressure while providing friendly, helpful service to our patrons.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate high-speed digital printers, large format machines, and finishing equipment such as guillotines, laminators, and binders.
- Process walk-in customer orders with high efficiency and attention to detail.
- Perform daily machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure maximum uptime.
- Coordinate with production workflows to meet strict deadlines for high-volume orders.
- Conduct quality control checks on all completed print projects to ensure professional standards.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding material options, paper types, and finishing techniques.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe production area in accordance with shop protocols.
- Accurately process transactions and assist with inventory management of printing supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a print production or high-volume retail environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot printing machinery.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to assist a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to print finishing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for order entry and file management.
