Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain various printing machinery including offset, digital, and flexo printers
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs and make necessary adjustments
- Adhere strictly to production schedules and deadlines for all print jobs
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of printing equipment
- Calibrate machines for optimal print settings and color accuracy
- Document machine operations, maintenance logs, and production output
- Collaborate with pre-press and finishing departments to ensure workflow efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in printing technology or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating industrial printing machines
- Knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, gravure) and substrate handling
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for printing equipment
- Strong attention to detail with quality inspection capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production specifications
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak production periods
