We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our dynamic team at the M-site located in Gunung Rapat, Ipoh. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist engineers in conducting technical evaluations and pilot runs for new process implementation.
- Execute data collection protocols and provide accurate reports on process performance and yield.
- Monitor production equipment and perform routine troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvement (KAIZEN) initiatives.
- Maintain detailed documentation of experimental results and technical findings.
- Ensure all activities comply with established Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
- Support the maintenance of precision tools and machinery within the M-site facility.
- Participate in shift handovers and brief production teams on updated process parameters.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronic) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly processes and quality control methodologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work on a shift rotation basis and in a cleanroom environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
