Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain server and data center equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute daily process checklists and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the night shift.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades.
- Conduct regular hardware inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all safety protocols and facility guidelines are strictly followed.
- Document technical activities and report equipment anomalies to the engineering lead.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new hardware components within the server environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Process Technician or in a similar technical role (Data Center experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively on a night shift rotation.
- Basic knowledge of server hardware, networking components, or industrial processing equipment.
- Strong communication skills to relay technical updates to engineering teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to rapidly evolving data center technologies.
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering is preferred.
