As a Product Activation Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Your mission is to maximize the impact of YouTube products by optimizing user onboarding, increasing retention, and fostering long-term engagement. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify barriers to activation and implement creative solutions that enhance the user experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new YouTube products and features in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into user-centric activation journeys.
  • Analyze user behavior and activation metrics to identify trends, optimize conversion funnels, and drive product adoption.
  • Partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams to align product activation goals with broader business objectives and regional market needs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to launch high-impact campaigns that increase YouTube Premium and service subscriptions.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance data to senior leadership to influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Google remains the leader in video platform engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market strategy, or Product Management, preferably within the technology or media sector.
  • Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, digital advertising trends, and user engagement metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products or features in international markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is highly preferred.
