You are a strategic partner to the YouTube APAC Partnerships teams and leadership. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bringing our Creator and Emerging Experiences to market effectively across the Asia-Pacific region. You will define the vision for product launches, ensuring that new features resonate deeply with creators and drive significant engagement.
As a Product Activation Manager, you will bridge the critical gap between product development and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that maximize adoption and retention. Your insights will help shape product roadmaps and ensure that YouTube continues to lead the creator economy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for new YouTube products and features targeting the APAC creator ecosystem.
- Collaborate with APAC Partnerships leadership to align product activation goals with broader business objectives and partner relationships.
- Analyze activation metrics and user behavior data to optimize launch plans and improve creator engagement.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful feature rollouts and seamless creator onboarding.
- Identify and address creator pain points during the activation phase to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
- Represent the voice of the creator within the organization and advocate for their needs in product development cycles.
- Manage end-to-end launch lifecycles, including internal communications, external marketing, and performance tracking.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market Strategy, or Growth Marketing within the technology or digital media industry.
- Proven track record of launching successful products or features that drove measurable user adoption and business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable GTM strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and the YouTube platform ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred for APAC regional coverage.
