Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate sell-out performance targets for all sales consultants in the assigned region.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical advice to potential customers to influence buying decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and floor staff to ensure brand visibility.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Submit detailed reports on sales performance, competitive activity, and market insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, promotion, or as a product consultant (electronics or premium goods experience is highly preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or mobile reporting tools for sales tracking.
- Excellent target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Pekanbaru, Riau.
