Staffinc Group is currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Product Consultant to represent the prestigious Modena brand in Nabire, Papua Tengah. As a Product Consultant, you will act as the face of the brand, providing expert product knowledge and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving retail performance, maintaining display standards, and ensuring our sales targets are consistently met. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate the sell-out performance of the sales consultant team to ensure targets are achieved.
- Provide expert demonstrations and detailed product information to customers regarding Modena's range of appliances.
- Maintain high standards of product display and store appearance in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with retail partners and customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and sales data to management.
- Achieve individual and team sales quotas while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries or technical concerns professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, promotion, or consultancy, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work professionally in a team environment and independently.
- Willingness to be based in Nabire and possess local knowledge of the area.
- Good command of basic computer skills for reporting purposes.
