Are you an aspiring data professional looking to bridge the gap between technical analytics and product strategy? Our Product team is seeking a highly motivated Product Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic environment in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this role, you will be at the intersection of banking operations and product innovation, helping us transform raw data into actionable insights that drive product growth and user satisfaction.
You will work closely with experienced product managers and data scientists, gaining exposure to real-world datasets and agile workflows. This is not a role where you just observe; you will be actively involved in tracking product performance, analyzing user behavior, and assisting in the creation of data-backed recommendations that influence our roadmap. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of product usage data.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies in user behavior.
- Support the Product team in A/B testing efforts by tracking and reporting results.
- Prepare data-driven reports and slide decks to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical queries.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to stay updated with industry trends in Financial Services.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Basic understanding of programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data in simple terms.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
