- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal factors to develop accurate and reliable demand forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align inventory planning with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and adjust stock orders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Develop and maintain demand planning models and reporting tools to track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Participate in weekly supply chain review meetings to identify risks, forecast variances, and propose corrective actions.
- Generate comprehensive demand reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
