Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from initial concept sketches to final production-ready designs.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation within the beauty sector.
- Develop and refine packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines, sustainability goals, and consumer preferences.
- Create detailed product mockups, prototypes, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard design software.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Stay abreast of emerging design technologies, materials, and industry best practices to keep our product offerings competitive.
- Assist in quality assurance reviews to ensure all final products meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in product design, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of product and packaging design projects.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with local manufacturing processes and printing techniques is a significant advantage.
