Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design solutions aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across multiple SaaS products
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 3-5 years of professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design for SaaS applications
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research techniques including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
