In this role, you will be an integral part of our product lifecycle, working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure our product offerings are not only competitive but also set the standard in the Philippine consumer electronics landscape. You will be the bridge between market needs and our product strategy, ensuring that every launch is a success.
What You Will Do:
- Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept and market research to launch and lifecycle management.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, manage procurement, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to craft compelling go-to-market strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage product databases, pricing structures, and SKU creation while ensuring accuracy across all systems.
- Assist in the development of sales tools, training materials, and product presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and market trends.
- Assist in developing and executing product roadmaps aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to manage product sourcing, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Lead the creation of product marketing materials, training decks, and sales enablement tools.
- Manage the launch calendar and ensure seamless execution of product introductions.
- Monitor and report on product KPIs, sales performance, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical and product expertise during client engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in product development, brand management, or merchandising. Open to highly competent fresh graduates with strong internship records.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and consumer insights to drive product decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- A passion for technology, specifically knowledgeable in Apple products and the consumer electronics ecosystem.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
