Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative cosmetic and skincare formulations based on market trends and consumer insights
- Conduct product stability, safety, and efficacy testing according to industry standards

- Analyze competitor products and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Manage product development timelines and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers
- Document all development processes and maintain regulatory documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in cosmetic/skincare product development
- Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry, emulsification systems, and active ingredients
- Familiarity with ASEAN and international cosmetic regulations (e.g., ASEAN Cosmetic Directive)
- Experience with product testing methodologies and stability protocols
- Proven ability to manage product development lifecycles from concept to launch
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with scientific documentation
