In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the ideation, refinement, and successful launch of our new essentials care product lines.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate consumer trends into tangible, high-quality products that resonate with our target market. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creative vision and analytical rigor, ensuring our product offerings remain competitive and aligned with our brand’s commitment to excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from conceptualization to final production.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the essentials care category.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality materials and negotiate competitive terms.
- Manage product testing phases to ensure rigorous quality control and safety standards are met.
- Analyze product performance data post-launch to suggest meaningful improvements and iterations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop compelling product launch strategies and sales collateral.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, timelines, and development costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in product development or category management.
- Strong understanding of the consumer goods market and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for cost-efficiency and quality assurance.
