In this role, you will be at the heart of our brand's success, bridging the gap between market trends and scientific formulation to bring high-quality cosmetic products to life.
You will manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure our products not only meet regulatory standards but exceed consumer expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and development of new cosmetic and skincare products from ideation to market launch.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and consumer needs.
- Coordinate with laboratory and R&D teams to monitor formulation progress and ensure product efficacy.
- Manage product packaging development, including design specifications, material sourcing, and labeling compliance.
- Liaise with manufacturing partners to oversee production timelines, quality control, and sample testing.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop compelling product claims and support material for sales launches.
- Ensure all product documentation and regulatory filings are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development within the beauty or personal care industry.
- Deep understanding of skincare ingredients, formulation processes, and current beauty market trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple product launches simultaneously.
- Proficient in documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
