Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify trends in sleep science and wellness technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design new product prototypes.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from initial research to final launch readiness.
- Manage vendor relationships and raw material sourcing to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Conduct product testing and user feedback analysis to implement iterative improvements.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align product features with consumer messaging.
- Ensure all products comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in consumer goods or wellness industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software or technical drafting tools is a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in consumer behavior and wellness trends.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and suppliers.
