Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and organization of product training materials and consulting resources.
- Conduct industry-specific research to support product development initiatives and identify market trends.
- Maintain and update product documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and meeting schedules.
- Gather and summarize client feedback to contribute to product refinement cycles.
- Support the team in administrative tasks related to service implementation and project tracking.
- Help prepare presentations and visual aids for client consultations and internal workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow professionally.
