Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle for hair care products from concept to commercialization
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends and unmet needs
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to develop product specifications and timelines
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance processes
- Develop and manage product development budgets and resource allocation
- Monitor post-launch performance and implement iterative improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for raw material sourcing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product development or FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer feedback
- Excellent project management capabilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of hair care formulations, ingredients, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
