Le Price is seeking a dynamic Product Development Lead to drive innovation and excellence in our Performance-as-a-Service (PaaS) portfolio. This strategic role oversees the entire product lifecycle – from ideation and development through validation, deployment, and performance optimization. You'll lead cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a key decision-maker, you'll analyze performance metrics, implement continuous improvement strategies, and align product roadmaps with business objectives. - Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of Performance-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with market research and business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations) for seamless deployments
- Implement performance monitoring systems and optimize service delivery
- Drive product validation through user testing, feedback analysis, and KPI tracking
- Manage product development budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify product differentiation opportunities
- Mentor product development teams and foster innovation culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in product development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience with PaaS, SaaS, or performance-critical product offerings
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, CSM) highly desirable
- Experience in performance monitoring tools and metrics analysis
