Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end product development lifecycle management for electronics and lifestyle products (tumblers, bags, cameras)
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver market-aligned products on time and within budget
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify product opportunities and innovation gaps
- Define product requirements, specifications, and create detailed product roadmaps
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee manufacturing processes for quality control and cost optimization
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies
- Implement continuous improvement processes based on user feedback and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of product development experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching electronics or lifestyle consumer products
- Expertise in materials science, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management
- Strong project management skills with experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and product lifecycle management tools
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders
