Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our skincare and beauty product lines. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between creative ideation and market-ready launches, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed the expectations of our diverse customer base.
As the leader of our product development initiatives, you will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive innovation and maintain the high quality synonymous with the Medi Beaute brand. If you possess a keen eye for beauty trends, a deep understanding of cosmetic formulation, and a track record of delivering successful product launches, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end product development process from initial concept ideation to final shelf launch.
- Conduct deep market research to identify emerging skincare trends, consumer needs, and competitor gaps.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and external manufacturing partners to develop high-performance product formulations.
- Oversee packaging design, artwork approval, and regulatory compliance standards for all new product launches.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop compelling product messaging, selling points, and launch strategies.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met and products are launched within budget and on schedule.
- Perform quality assurance checks and sensory evaluations to ensure products align with brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Deep knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, formulation processes, and current industry regulations in Malaysia.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex product launches simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and consumer insights.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare trends, and building high-quality brand experiences.
