Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative cosmetic and traditional medicine products from concept to commercialization
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure product efficacy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance
- Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes
- Prepare detailed product specifications and documentation
- Conduct product testing and evaluation
- Optimize formulations for cost-effectiveness and market appeal
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Pharmacy degree (S1 Apoteker) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic and traditional medicine formulations
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cosmetics and medicines in Indonesia
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
