Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and quality assurance management
- Proven track record of successfully launching products in the appliance or lifestyle industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and testing procedures
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
