Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in the furniture industry.
- Develop innovative product concepts and detailed designs that align with the company's brand identity and market demands.
- Create high-quality technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality control during the manufacturing process.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and components to optimize product durability and cost-efficiency.
- Assist in the prototyping phase and perform rigorous testing to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from initial concept sketches to final market launch.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product development, specifically within the furniture or woodworking industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or SolidWorks) and rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of furniture construction techniques, joinery, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly to technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a significant advantage.
