Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strict alignment with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction with our products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to effectively onboard new clients and ensure product proficiency.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and bug reports to identify product improvements and drive feature requests.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, product manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams to align product roadmaps with market needs and business goals.
- Monitor product performance metrics and proactively address potential issues before they impact the user base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in product development, technical support, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to travel for client site visits or industry conferences as required.
