Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with VST ECS's business objectives and evolving market trends.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless product launches and sustained revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential risks.
  • Manage and nurture vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate on joint business plans to achieve shared goals.
  • Monitor and analyze product Profit & Loss (P&L), sales performance, and inventory levels to maximize profitability and minimize stock obsolescence.
  • Develop compelling product presentations, training materials, and sales collateral to empower internal teams and channel partners.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed business cases and actionable roadmaps.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review, driving data-informed decisions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or brand management within the IT or technology distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of the ICT/consumer electronics landscape, including key vendors and market dynamics.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a passion for technology and innovation.
