Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the coordination of new product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Liaise between production, sales, and marketing departments to ensure product consistency.
- Maintain accurate documentation, product specifications, and inventory tracking records.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support the development of sales collateral and product training materials.
- Address customer feedback and provide solutions to improve product satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
