Eaton Group is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Product Line Sales Manager to lead our Life Safety business across the Indonesia and Malaysia markets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Life Safety product line to achieve regional revenue targets across Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within the industrial, commercial, and public sector infrastructure projects.
- Manage and cultivate high-level relationships with distributors, systems integrators, and key specification consultants.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of Eaton’s fire systems to key decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the fire safety sector to inform local business development strategies.
- Lead and mentor local sales teams to enhance technical proficiency and consultative selling effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting to support operational decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the Fire Protection, Life Safety, or Building Automation industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional sales portfolios in Southeast Asia (specifically Indonesia/Malaysia).
- Strong technical understanding of fire detection, alarm systems, and international fire safety codes (e.g., NFPA, local standards).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and consultants.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales channels and multi-stakeholder project environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
