Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for Telco, Wholesales, and Enterprise segments
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches
- Monitor product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on KPIs
- Manage product lifecycle from conception through to retirement
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in telecommunications or tech industry
- Proven track record developing product roadmaps for B2B/B2C segments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Aha!, Productboard)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
