Tanggung Jawab
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products, aligning with overall company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and inform product development.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Prioritize product backlog and features based on strategic value, customer impact, and resource availability, utilizing agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful execution and launch.
- Oversee the go-to-market strategy, working with marketing to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement and future iterations.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for the product, communicating updates and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Product Management, preferably within a technology or software-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching innovative products that meet market needs and achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Aha!, Figma) and a solid grasp of UX/UI principles.
- Experience working in the Philippine market or with Southeast Asian customers is an advantage.
