Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to market launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps and promotional strategies aligned with company business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless cross-functional project delivery.
  • Manage product P&L performance, analyzing sales data to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
  • Design and implement engaging promotional activities to drive brand awareness and consumer conversion.
  • Monitor consumer feedback and market performance to continuously iterate and improve product features.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in product management or brand management within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in executing successful go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
