Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and end-of-life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product alignment.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
- Present product updates and performance reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Agrochemical or Chemical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
