- End-to-end ownership of BNPL product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
- Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support
- Analyze user behavior and market data to identify product enhancement opportunities
- Define KPIs and implement analytics frameworks to measure product performance
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align product features with customer needs
- Manage stakeholder communications and present product roadmaps to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years in fintech/BNPL
- Proven track record of launching and scaling financial technology products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Aha)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Deep understanding of BNPL market dynamics and regulatory landscape
