In this critical role, you will serve as the primary architect of our web optimization roadmap, acting as the vital link between our execution teams, engineering departments, and executive business stakeholders.
As our Ecommerce Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital platform. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that our ecommerce presence is not only functional but industry-leading. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer journeys, improve conversion rates, and drive sustainable growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Own and execute the comprehensive web optimization roadmap to drive ecommerce growth.
- Lead and mentor the Web Management team, ensuring high-quality execution of digital initiatives.
- Serve as the primary bridge between engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to align product goals.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify bottlenecks in the user journey and implement solutions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and fixes based on ROI and business impact.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CR, AOV, and bounce rates.
- Oversee A/B testing and multivariate testing programs to continuously improve the site experience.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the Ecommerce or Fintech space.
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic websites and driving conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex user experience problems.
