- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes within the refrigeration industry.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, strategy, and vision for the refrigeration product portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Translate market requirements and user stories into detailed product specifications and functional requirements for engineering and design teams.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to successful launch, growth, and eventual end-of-life planning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless product development and market execution.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather customer feedback, and iterate on existing products for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop robust go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and support sales and marketing initiatives for new product launches.
- Analyze product profitability, market share, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the overall refrigeration product line.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a significant focus on consumer electronics or home appliances, preferably within the refrigeration category.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their entire lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and consumer behavior within the Indonesian or Southeast Asian market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, market forecasting, and product performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is highly desirable to interact with local teams and markets.
