PT Sinar Digital Terdepan is seeking a dedicated Product Manager – Risk Products to lead the development and enhancement of our innovative risk management solutions. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our risk products meet market demands and regulatory standards.
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the product roadmap for risk products, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and risk teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance metrics (KPIs) and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
- Proven track record of launching successful products in a fast-paced environment.
