Tanggung Jawab
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and functional requirements for software applications and data initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions to define project scope and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineers and data architects to design robust technical solutions that meet business performance criteria.
- Manage end-to-end testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure final delivery meets quality standards.
- Develop detailed documentation, including flowcharts, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Proactively identify process improvements and technical debt, proposing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or systems analysis role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and project management tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including proficiency with SQL and Excel; BI tool experience (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a global team.
- Experience in the financial services sector is a significant advantage.
