Tanggung Jawab
- Product Strategy: Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in strict alignment with business goals.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and initiatives based on data, market trends, and comprehensive user feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure project success.
- Analytics & KPIs: Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Agile Leadership: Lead the product lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to validate product assumptions and enhance user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
