  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales tools
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across trade, retail, and project channels

  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure market alignment of new products

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in security, building products, or B2B technology
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and customer insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
