We are looking for a highly motivated Product & Operations Executive to join the Webuy team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our operational efficiency and product execution. You will act as a strategic bridge between our product development teams and day-to-day business operations, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into actionable results.
As a key member of the team, you will focus on optimizing workflows, analyzing performance data, and fostering seamless collaboration across cross-functional departments. We are seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about enhancing the overall user experience and business performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operational activities and ensure alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between product managers, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports to track operational health and growth.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies to support company expansion.
- Project Coordination: Manage internal projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of operational deliverables.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, product management, or a similar role within the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable operational improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and CRM software.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying operational issues and implementing effective, scalable solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
