Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team is working on the highest-value features.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and accept deliverables.
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work hands-on with engineering and design teams to ensure a deep understanding of the 'why' behind features.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
- Monitor product performance, define key success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), and drive data-informed decisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the product development squad, removing blockers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.
- Proven experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a user-centric mindset.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
