Your Impact:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
- Create and manage a well-organized product backlog.
- Work daily with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and key metrics to inform product decisions.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve team velocity and product quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align stakeholders and development teams.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize product requirements and user stories in the product backlog.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups to maintain momentum and transparency.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and validate product prototypes to test assumptions and mitigate risks early in the development cycle.
- Champion the user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, accessible, and valuable to end-users.
- Mentor junior team members (for Senior/Lead levels) and contribute to the overall product culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in a technology-driven environment (2+ years for Associate, 5+ for Senior, 8+ for Lead).
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex user needs into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi sector is highly desirable.
- Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification is a strong advantage.
