Tanggung Jawab
- Define, refine, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
- Translate high-level product requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and iteration.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years for Associate, 5+ years for Senior/Lead) as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, and manage a product backlog effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in the FinTech industry or with financial products is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
