Tanggung Jawab
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize backlog and deliver features
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify product opportunities
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder communication
- Lead product discovery sessions and validate solutions through prototyping
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of product ownership or product management experience
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
