Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2-7+ years of product ownership or product management experience
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech or digital product environments preferred
- Proven track record of launching successful products (Senior/Lead)
