Tanggung Jawab
- Define and maintain product backlog for Distribution Management System (DMS), aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for logistics technology solutions
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management in an agile environment
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for development teams
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to distribution workflows
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for DMS enhancement and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner or similar role in technology/logistics
- Proven expertise with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with distribution management systems, supply chain software, or logistics technology
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and data analytics platforms
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective stakeholder communication
