In this dynamic role, you'll bridge the gap between technical innovation and customer needs by designing tailored cybersecurity solutions that address evolving threats. Leverage your technical expertise to conduct compelling product demonstrations, create detailed solution architectures, and provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with sales teams to translate complex security challenges into actionable solutions while building strong relationships with enterprise clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and present technical cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives
- Lead product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical evaluations for enterprise clients
- Develop comprehensive solution documentation including technical proposals and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop winning strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging cybersecurity trends
- Provide pre-sales technical support including RFP responses and solution workshops
- Maintain deep expertise in cybersecurity products including threat detection, network security, and cloud security
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering experience in cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threats, and mitigation strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with solution design and architecture development for enterprise environments
- Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) preferred
- Proficiency in security tools including vulnerability scanners, SIEM platforms, and network analyzers
