Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for service enhancement.
- Lead the development and refinement of ISO consulting frameworks to maintain high quality and compliance standards.
- Design and curate comprehensive training modules that align with organizational objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and continuous feedback loops.
- Analyze product performance metrics and translate data insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new service offerings, from conceptualization to market implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices in service development and research methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, product development, or business consultancy.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
